Thomas Pope

Sr. Principal Engineer – C4isr at Oshkosh

Thomas Pope has extensive experience as a senior systems engineer, specializing in avionics and communication systems. Thomas has worked with various companies, including Oshkosh Corporation, Rockwell Collins, U.S. Professional Services, and Volt. In their roles, they have utilized engineering processes, methodologies, and tools to design, test, and verify complex systems. Thomas has also been responsible for documentation, system integration, and system/subsystem design. Prior to their work in avionics, Thomas served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Tactical Data Systems Repairman, where they conducted testing of command and control systems.

Thomas Pope attended the University of Phoenix from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Software Engineering. In 2003, they also received training in UNIX Administration and Shell Programming from SYS Computer Training. Additionally, they obtained a Security+ certification from CompTIA in October 2017.
