Glenn Mitchell

Glenn Mitchell serves as the Managing Economist at OSKR, LLC since July 2021 and is an Independent Consultant specializing in economic guidance for regulatory bodies across the United States, Europe, and Asia since June 2016. As the Managing Owner of Tutor Doctor since January 2017, Glenn provides tailored in-home tutoring services in multiple locations within California. Additionally, Glenn contributes to the Academic field as an Adjunct Professor in the Economics Department at Occidental College. Previous roles include Principal at Gnarus Advisors LLC, Senior Vice President at Compass Lexecon, and various positions at LECG and Economic Analysis, LLC, focusing on case management and expert testimony. Glenn holds a PhD and MA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
