Jim Ball

Jim Ball has a strong background in account management and client services. Jim is currently the Director and Head of Client Services at OSL, where they lead a global team and provides digital asset solutions to institutional and retail virtual asset service providers. Prior to this, Jim worked at Fidessa, where they held various roles such as Delivery Manager and Manager of Market Data and Market Access. Jim has extensive experience in project management, technical support, and exchange connectivity.

Jim Ball attended Cheadle Hulme School from 1992 to 2002. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at the University of Bristol in 2003 and graduated in 2007 with an MSci (First Class) degree in Mathematics.
