Tom Kearney

Tom Kearney is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Head of Exchange and Liquidity at OSL Group since February 2023. Prior to this role, Tom held positions at Carta from February 2020 to February 2023, where Tom worked as a Staff Software Engineer and contributed to the acquisition of Marketgrid. Tom's earlier experience includes being a Senior Software Engineer at MarketGrid Systems from September 2018 to February 2020, where Tom designed and developed enhancements to the core platform and order matching engine. Additional experience includes roles at Kx as a kdb+ Consultant, Cartesian Co as an Electrical Design Engineer, and internships at Deloitte Australia and Oriens Investment Management. Tom holds dual degrees in Engineering (Hons) and Commerce from The University of Queensland, along with completing studies at Marymount College and Washington University in St. Louis.
