EVA KARRA

EVA KARRA has worked in a variety of roles in the quality assurance and validation fields since 2008. EVA began their career as a Laboratory Analyst at the Third Veterinary Hospital, Hellenic Army in 2008. EVA then moved to the PAPAGEORGIOU GENERAL HOSPITAL in 2009, where they were a Project Manager, responsible for project design and proposal writing, project manager of conferences and events on behalf of Alcon Laboratories, and website administrator for www.anterioreye.gr. In 2012, they became a Food Scientist at RIKILT Wageningen UR, and in 2013 they were a Research Consultant at Précon Food Management BV and a Validation Consultant at the British Compliance Institute. From 2014 to 2016, they were a QA Validation Specialist at GSK, followed by roles as a Technical QA Engineer I and II and Lead QA Engineer at Abbott. EVA currently serves as a Quality Assurance Lead and Quality Assurance Manager at Osler Diagnostics.

EVA KARRA completed a Master degree in Food Safety from Wageningen University & Research between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Agriculture degree in Food Science and Technology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki between 2004 and 2010. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Business Development: Strategic Planning, Complex Project Tips and Tricks, and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in April 2020.
