OSM (Offsite Modular) Construction is one of the first specialist multi disciplined MMC contractors in the UK, operating on projects nationwide from our office in Cowfold, Sussex.

MMC solutions are ideal for fast tracked projects where onsite construction time is limited. These solutions are quick to install, flexible, and economic making them ideal for pop up offices, temporary accommodation and emergency accommodation.

Modular construction projects have different requirements to traditional construction projects such as short timescales and limited space, but no matter how large or small the challenge, the OSM Construction team has the expertise and skills to deliver the right solutions.

With a wealth of experience in modular construction OSM Construction can advise clients on a number of possible solutions and deliver the one most suitable for the project brief and budget.
