Founded in 1946, Osman has been providing General Contracting and Construction Management Services to the Chicago Metropolitan Market for over 70 years. We know – and understand – the unique challenges of the region's commercial construction market.

Our reputation for excellence is built on a combination of wide-ranging experience, exceptional teamwork, competitive pricing, positive client relationships and an uncompromising commitment to quality.

We take great pride in our ability to self-perform the most critical parts of every project – selective demolition, concrete, masonry, carpentry and fixturing – using our veteran team of union-affiliated trades people. Self-performance is a key characteristic of top-quality, elite construction firms, one that sets us apart from virtually every other large construction company in the region.

At Osman Construction our success is measured by client satisfaction and referrals. We will only take on new projects when we can fully commit our services to the client and deliver on time and on budget.

It is through this “hands-on” approach that our company has built its reputation for providing the highest levels of unparalleled excellence and exceptional customer care and satisfaction.
