Dave Saling

Dave Saling is a seasoned professional in revenue cycle management with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Osmind since October 2025, Saling previously held similar roles at Align ENT + Allergy, where major RCM transformations were implemented, and Two Chairs, focusing on establishing foundational revenue cycle processes. Additional experience includes interim positions at Pinnacle GI Partners and SimiTree, where automation and operational efficiencies were prioritized. Earlier in the career, Saling worked with SimiTree Healthcare Consulting, providing consulting services for revenue cycle improvements, and at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in private wealth management. Saling holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University.
