Eric Gust is an HR leader at Osmo, with over 25 years of leadership experience. They currently serve as the HR & People Ops Lead, collaborating with the CEO and management team to enhance employee development and engagement. Previously, Eric held positions such as Chief of Accessions at the United States Military Academy at West Point and various roles within the US Army. They hold a Master’s degree in Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Outside of work, Eric enjoys family, trail running, and DIY vehicle maintenance.
