Erica Simons

Erica Simons is an experienced professional in people operations and administrative support, currently serving as People Operations and Administrative Support Manager at Osmo since February 2023. Prior to this role, Erica held the position of Executive Assistant to the President at PUMA Group from July 2022 to December 2023. Erica’s background includes significant experience at Shiseido, where responsibilities included Associate Manager Allocations for Fragrances and Executive Administrative Assistant roles supporting Senior Vice Presidents. Earlier in the career, Erica served as Senior Executive Assistant at Hudson's Bay Company, providing support for the EVP Sales Operations across multiple department stores in the US and Canada. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Spelman College, earned in January 2004.
