Michael Sadler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operational roles. Currently serving as a Technical Program Manager at Osmo since 2024, Sadler previously worked as an Operational Consultant at High Slope, where responsibilities included operationalizing the firm and supporting deal flow. Prior to that, Sadler was the Director of Business Operations & Strategy at Kingdom Supercultures from 2021 to 2023, playing a key role in scaling the startup through significant funding rounds. As Co-Founder and CEO of Republic of Booza from 2014 to 2021, Sadler led the revival of a traditional dessert, bringing it to a modern audience.
