Russell Stevens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communication, policy, and technology innovation. As the Head of Programs at the MIT Center for Constructive Communication since March 2014, Russell focuses on designing tools and systems to foster healthier democratic engagement. As co-founder of Cortico since September 2016, Russell aims to elevate underheard community voices in public dialogue. Russell also serves as an advisor to Osmo, a machine olfaction startup, and to Tamr Inc., while holding a co-founder role at Diesel Labs. Previously, Russell has played significant roles as Managing Partner at Saddle River Group and as an advisor for various organizations including VocaliD and Bluefin Labs. Russell's academic background includes a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Dartmouth College.
