Lee Watson has an extensive background in the automotive industry, beginning as a BMW apprentice/technician at Preston Hall BMW from April 1993 to April 1997. Following this, Lee served as master technician multi franchise at Specialist Cars Reg Vardy from April 1997 to October 2000, specializing in Ferrari and Maserati. Lee then took on roles as workshop manager at Alfardan Automobiles, managing BMW and Mini services from November 2000 to June 2004, and as service manager at Tony Edwards Motors, where Lee contributed to the startup of an independent BMW specialist from 2004 to 2013. Since 2012, Lee has been functioning as a supervisor at Osmoflo Pty Ltd. Lee holds a BTEC National HNC in Mechanical Engineering from Preston's College, completed in 1997.
