David Ruiz has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. David started their career as a Network Operator at Unisys, where they provided support and maintenance for international services. David then worked at Capgemini as a Technical Engineering support, specializing in network incidents.

In 2004, Ruiz joined Next Consulting Group Inc. as the Director of Business Development and later became the Manager of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for increasing the company's market portfolio and managing implementation projects.

Ruiz then joined Telefonica, where they held various positions over the span of several years. David started as the NOC Manager, implementing best practices and creating KPIs for the Data Center and Customer Support Center. Later, they became the Operations Director, overseeing Data Center Facilities, Network Operations Center, and the IT/Outsourcing Department for the Banking/Financial industry.

Prior to their current role, Ruiz worked at PrepaNetworks as the Manager of Operations. David managed Data Center facilities, Customer Support Center, and internal/external IT Ops and Network Support departments. David also implemented IT Service Management solutions and established various procedures to obtain certifications.

Currently, Ruiz works as the Operations Director at OSNet Wireless. David'sresponsibilities include improving operational management systems, implementing regulatory compliance, formulating strategic and operational objectives, managing budgets, and ensuring project quality and profitability. David also oversees staff hiring, training, and customer service enhancement.

David Ruiz obtained a Licentiate degree in Ingeniería de telecomunicaciones from Universidad de Alcalá from 1994 to 2001. David also holds several certifications, including ITIL Expert in IT service Management (obtained in 2012), ITIL Foundation V3 (obtained in 2010), CCDP- Cisco Certified Design Professional (obtained in 2007), CCDA – Cisco Certified Design Associate (obtained in 2005), CCNP – Cisco Certified Network Professional (obtained in 2005), and CCNA – Cisco Certified Network Associate (obtained in 2003).
