Chris Mitchell

Chris Mitchell is the President of Oso Midstream, LLC. They also serve as President of Limerock Capital, LLC and Mitchell Land & Livestock, LLC. Their past roles include Principal at Southwest Geoscience (2005–2014), Manager, Oil & Gas Services at Terracon (1997–2002), President & Chief Operating Officer of Rimrock Midstream (2014–2024), and Partner at Rimrock Energy Partners (2016–2025). They earned an MBA in Finance from SMU Cox School of Business (2003–2005), completed graduate studies in Geosciences at The University of Texas at Dallas (1999–2000), and earned a B.S. in Environmental Science from Texas Christian University (1992–1996).
