Carl Smith

Carl Smith possesses a diverse background in talent acquisition and recruitment, with experience spanning over a decade in various prominent companies. Currently serving at Oso since October 2024, Carl previously held roles in the United States Air Force and at Two Sigma as a Recruiting Manager from November 2021 to October 2024. Prior to that, Carl contributed as a Senior Client Lead Recruiter at Amazon and worked in talent acquisition positions at Facebook and Spotify. Carl began a career in recruitment at TEKsystems, starting in May 2010. Carl holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Seton Hall University, earned between 2005 and 2010.
