Dave Evans

Dave Evans has had a long and varied career in product design, innovation, and execution. In 2020, they were appointed Chief Design Officer of OSOM Products Inc. From 2019-2018, they were Director of Design / Innovation / Execution at Samsung Electronics America and Head of Design & Product - Contract at a serial HW startup lead. From 2016-2015, they held the roles of Vice President of Design at Essential, Director of Design at Playground.Global, and Adjunct Lecturer - Product Design & Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University. From 2010-2009, they were Director of Product Design at Lytro Inc. and Industrial Design PM at One & Co. In 2008, they were a Shop TA - Product Realization Lab at Stanford University. Finally, in 2005, they began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer - Process Development at Apple.

Dave Evans received their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, followed by a Master's degree in Product Design from the same university.
