With previous experience as a Senior Sourcing Manager and Senior Talent Manager in various recruitment firms, Carla has a strong background in talent acquisition strategy and recruiting. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Lyceum of the Philippines University, Carla has a solid educational foundation to support their professional endeavors in recruitment and talent management.
