Sam Kelly has worked in various roles in the customer experience industry since 2008. Sam began their career as a Contract Support Administrator at Newcastle Building Society | Card Solutions in 2008, followed by a role as a Business Services Officer at Care Quality Commission in 2009. In 2010, they worked as an Operations Coordinator at Tuxedo Money Solutions and then went on to become a Head of Implementation & Account Management and a Client Relations and Implementation Manager at Flex-e-card from 2011 to 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Strategic Partner Manager and an Account Manager at Global Processing Services. In 2020, they became an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Global Payments Inc. and in 2021 they took on the role of Customer Success Manager at Token. Since 2022, they have been the Head of Customer Experience at Osper, Clevacard, and Crunch Payments.
