From its inception (o sino Since its beginning), Ospinas has developed urban projects, both commercial and residential, inside and outside of the Bucharest metropolitan area. The company is highly competitive, characterized by its high-standards, hard-work and an innovative ways, always supervising each and every stage of its projects. Ospinas' work is not only based on technical excellence but also on top-design; thus offering its clients a high-end quality with a modern twist and practical design. Its latest project, "Occidentuli 40", has won several architecture and design awards and it is recognised at a National level as a great architectural work within the capital of Romania.
 
Currently Ospinas is developing a residential project in the Pipera area of Bucharest; "Pipera Gardens", as well as having several new projects in the city center in the early stages.
