James Mudd

Software Engineering Lead at Osprey Charging

James Mudd began their work experience as a Physics PhD at the University of Warwick in 2010, conducting photoemission experiments on transparent conducting oxide CdO. James completed their PhD in June 2014.

In 2014, they became a Visiting Scientist at Diamond Light Source, where they worked until January 2015. From February 2015 to January 2018, James worked as a Software Engineer at Diamond Light Source. Then, from January 2018 to May 2019, they took on the role of Senior Software Engineer, working on the data acquisition software GDA.

From June 2019 to March 2023, James worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Ox Mountain.

Starting in March 2023, they joined Osprey Charging Network as a Software Engineer, and their employment there is ongoing.

James Mudd obtained a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Warwick from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, in May 2019, they obtained the certification for Elasticsearch Essential Training from LinkedIn.
