James Reason

James Reason has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. In 2009, they were a Sales Consultant at Next Group PLC. In 2013, they joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Graduate Management Trainee and consistently exceeded sales targets. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Mitie, starting as a Technical Administrator, then becoming a Compliance Manager, and finally a Business Improvement Manager and Senior Compliance Manager. In 2019, they joined G4S Facilities Management UK as a Compliance Manager, where they managed the compliance team on the London LiftCo contract. In 2020, they became a Technical Compliance Manager at VINCI Facilities. In 2021, they joined Nationwide Cleaning & Support Services Ltd as a Risk, Safety & Training Manager. James currently works at Osprey Charging Network as a Risk and Compliance Manager.

James Reason attended Oxford Brookes University from 2009 to 2013, where they studied Biology and Geography. In 2018, they obtained a Nebosh GC certification from NEBOSH, and in 2016 they obtained an IOSH Managing Safely certification from IOSH.
