Melissa Bailey

Melissa Bailey is an experienced professional currently serving as the National Manager of Quality, Compliance & Assurance at OSPRI since December 2020. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions at the Department of Corrections in New Zealand, including Director of Commercial Assurance and Manager of Internal Audit from August 2014 to November 2020. Melissa's earlier career includes a tenure at KPMG New Zealand as Associate Director from June 2010 to July 2014, and as Lead Auditor at Central Region's Technical Advisory Services from September 2006 to May 2010. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy from Auckland University of Technology, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
