Michael James

Michael James is an experienced finance and management professional with a robust background in non-executive directorships and financial leadership. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Naylor Love, OSPRI, Northpower, and Middlemore Clinical Trials, Michael also holds the position of Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Northpower. Previously, Michael has been the Chief Financial Officer at The New Zealand Institute for Plant and Food Research Limited and Navman, as well as contributing to Dynamic Controls in various senior roles. Michael began a career in accounting at Ernst & Young and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Otago.
