Mikel Hill

Mikel Hill is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in operations and engineering across various companies. Currently serving as Production Director at OssDsign since June 2025, Mikel previously co-owned We Care Services, LLC, where key projects included a physical IT security compliance assessment for Johnson & Johnson and ERP consolidation for Media Source Inc. Mikel's past roles also include Vice President of Operations at Artelon, where efforts focused on accelerating the Stryker acquisition and establishing in-house production of FLEXBAND, and Vice President of Engineering & Production at Rad Source Technologies, achieving rapid promotion and significant growth through improved operational efficiencies. Additionally, Mikel worked as Senior Manager at Kubota Corporation, managing compliance and leading facility transfers for the R&D organization. Mikel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Cross-Disciplinary Professional Studies from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
