Frederic Bach, CFA, is the Head of ESG and Responsible Investment at OSSIAM since November 2021, focusing on ESG analysis and investment solutions. With extensive experience in responsible investment roles at organizations such as Ruffer LLP and Sustainalytics, Frederic has contributed to initiatives like Climate Action 100+ and has led global engagements on corporate governance for institutional investors. Previous positions include Senior Stewardship and Responsible Investment Specialist at Federated Hermes Limited, Climate Change Policy and Responsible Investment Analyst at the Asset Owners Disclosure Project, and Director of Research at ADIA. Frederic's career also encompasses fixed income management at Beazley, Falcon Money Management, UBP, and UBS. Frederic holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School and an engineering degree from IMT Atlantique, Telecom Bretagne.
