CX Lead, Scrum Master at Osso VR

Conrad Spotts is currently the CX Lead and Scrum Master at Osso VR. Prior to that, they were a Senior Quality Analyst at ACS Technologies from May 2014 to November 2017. There, they led Quality Assurance for continuous development on SaaS applications across several platforms and projects simultaneously. Conrad also trained and mentored team members. Conrad developed cross-platform test plans and automation test framework for Android while working closely with UX and product owners to set up automation guidelines for web, API, & iOS. Conrad was also the global guideline manager for ensuring a 70 person development department had agreement on building and verifying product requirements.

From February 2012 to July 2013, Conrad was the Training Manager at Member Access Pacific, where they managed the training department for a nationwide debit processor for credit unions. Conrad designed and implemented the end-to-end training experience. Conrad then became the Training Lead (Visual Data Specialist II) at Google from June 2010 to February 2012. After that, they were the QA Lead at Z2 from September 2013 to January 2014.

Conrad's first job was as a Dungeon Master at Appsorama from October 2008 to March 2009.
