Josh Bilitz is the Senior Manager of Sales Operations at Osso VR. Josh has over eight years of experience in sales, sales operations, and channel development.
Josh started their career as a Loan Coordinator at Guaranteed Rate. Josh then transitioned into the role of Marketing Consultant and Sales Representative at Main Street Hub. In January 2017, they became the Partner Enablement Manager at ClearDATA.
In April 2019, Josh joined Netgain Technology as the Senior Manager of Sales Operations & Channel Development. In this role, they were responsible for sales process planning and implementation, lead to close to revenue management, and managing sales tools and enablement around tool usage. Josh also oversaw sales operations, including Salesforce administration, quota forecasting, quota management, commission forecasting, commission management, booking forecasts, and bookings to plan.
In February 2021, Josh left Netgain Technology to join Aceable as the Sales Operations Manager. In this role, they are responsible for owning the creation and ongoing management/iterations of all things Sales Operations.
Josh is an optimist who is always looking for ways to improve the sales process and help their team reach their goals.
Josh Bilitz earned their certification from Amazon Web Services in AWS Business Professional, AWS TCO and Cloud Economics, and AWS Technical Professional.
