Ervin Rogers

Ervin Rogers is a seasoned Senior Resource Management Program Analyst at OST, Inc., specializing in Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution Systems (PPBES) for the U.S. Army. With over 32 years of relevant experience, they transitioned from financial management roles in the U.S. Navy to specializing in budget analysis and resource management within various Army assignments. Ervin earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Norfolk State University and an MBA in Management from Golden Gate University. Presently, they are fully retired, effective July 5, 2024.
