Scott Cade currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development (SLED) at OST, Inc., since May 2025. Previously, Scott held several leadership positions at Conduent, including Vice President - General Manager of Eligibility and Enrollment Solutions, overseeing government programs for low-income children and families and managing a $270+ million P&L with a team of over 2500 associates. Scott also directed Conduent's Child Support Services, managing a significant practice that processed over $10 billion in annual IV-D child support payments. Earlier experience includes roles at Xerox as Vice President of Child Support and various leadership positions within the New York State Office of Temporary & Disability Assistance, where Scott implemented innovative programs in child support. Scott holds a B.A. in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a J.D. from Albany Law School.
