Julian Crunkleton

Julian Crunkleton is an experienced operations professional with a significant background in managing and leading teams across various companies. Currently serving as General Manager at Ostara since February 2023, Julian transitioned from the role of Senior Operations Manager at Afton Chemical from August 2020 to February 2023. Prior experience includes positions at Cargill, where Julian held the titles of Plant Manager and Operations Team Leader from 2014 to August 2020, as well as a tenure at Ashland Inc. from 2005 to 2014, where Julian worked as Technical Manager, Operations Manager for Car Brite packaging, Production Supervisor, and Process Engineer. Julian holds a degree from Cornell University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
