Ostathi is the Middle East's fully integrated digital workforce marketplace — connecting skills development, professional certification, and verified income generation in one auditable platform. Powered by the UniHouse Workforce and Entrepreneurship Engine (WEE™) and governed by the Capacity Development Evaluation Framework (CDEF).

Ostathi serves educators, tutors, TVET trainers, digital skills professionals, and institutional consultants across Education Reform, Workforce Development, MSME, and Gig Economy Advisory — through a proprietary digital ledger integrating profiles, certifications, and income flows into a single auditable chain connected to regulated national fintech platforms.

Income is not self-reported. It is generated, recorded, and verified within the platform — producing auditable transaction data that the World Bank, IFC, and EBRD require for results-based financing.

Currently live in Jordan under the World Bank-funded Youth, Technology and Jobs (YTJ) Project in partnership with Jordan's Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MoDEE). Over 1,000 applications in five days of launch. Expanding into Morocco, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey.

Owned and operated by UniHouse Global Ltd — listed by the UK Department for Business and Trade as a leading UK provider of education and digital innovation for the Middle East. Supported by Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub. Featured by the UK FCDO.
