Ryan M. is an accomplished professional with over twenty years of experience in the medical device industry, specializing in product development and engineering leadership. Currently, Ryan serves as the Founder and Chief Trailblazer at Trailblazer MedTech and is the Director of Engineering at OsteoCentric Technologies, where they focus on orthopedic and dental implants, as well as instrumentation. Ryan holds an MBA from Texas State University, a Master's in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho. They are a licensed professional engineer in both mechanical and biomedical engineering and possess a Lean Six Sigma green belt certification to enhance design and manufacturing processes.
