James Norman is currently the Head of Regulatory Affairs at Osteotec, having transitioned through several roles in regulatory services, including positions at TÜV SÜD and BSI from 2015 to 2022. At BSI, James served as a Client Services Coordinator, Certification Specialist, and eventually led the Certification Specialists within Regulatory Services. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Psychology, graduating with First Class Honours from the University of Derby in 2015.
