Maggie Cron

Maggie Cron is the President of OstermanCron Inc, where Cron leads a team in delivering tailored, high-performance workplace environments. Cron previously served as an Account Executive at OstermanCron from 2019 to 2025. Prior to OstermanCron, Cron was a Project Manager at Ikove Capital from 2015 to 2018, managing business development, technical, and regulatory milestones for four medical device start-up companies. Cron earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from The Ohio State University (2011–2015) and held roles there as Technology Commercialization Business Student Associate (2014–2015) and Biomedical Engineering Intern at Cincinnati Sub-Zero (2013).
