Anna Block has extensive experience in usability and service design, having held various positions at notable organizations. Block started as an Interaktionsdesigner during a student project at inUse AB in 2009, and later worked at Antrop on mobile and web solutions. At Usify from 2010 to 2014, Block served as a Usability Specialist and Service Designer, collaborating on diverse design projects. Block progressed to Migrationsverket, first as an Användbarhetsspecialist in 2014 and transitioning to an Expert in service design until 2021. Following this, Block became a Strategic Business Developer at Transportstyrelsen from February 2021 to January 2024. Currently, Block holds the position of Product Owner at Östgötatrafiken since January 2024. Anna Block earned a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from Linköpings universitet between 2007 and 2010.
