John Power

John Power has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. John began their career as a Systems Programmer at Irish Life in 1981. John then worked as a Software Development Engineer at Software AG from 1987 to 1993. Following that, they served as the Managing Director of Software Computing Power Limited from 1994 to 1998. From 1999 to 2003, they held the position of Managing Director at Software AG R&D Ireland. In 2003, John became the CEO of Risaris Ltd, a company that developed and marketed SOA gateway technology for easy integration of on-premise data stores and applications. John continued in this role until 2012. In 2011, John founded Ostia Software Solutions Ltd, where they are currently the CEO. Additionally, they have been a member of the Steering Committee at The Irish Centre for Cloud Computing and Commerce (IC4) since 2015. John also participated in the Accenture Fintech Innovation Lab in 2016.

John Power attended the Accelerated Growth Program from 2012 to 2014. However, no degree or field of study was specified for this program. Prior to that, from 1976 to 1981, they studied at Benildus and obtained a Leaving Certificate. No field of study was mentioned for this degree either.
