Benjamin Cheng has over 20 years of experience in customer success and data management. Benjamin began their career in 2000 as a Business Information Manager at FMC Technologies. Benjamin then progressed through a variety of roles, including Business Process and Applications Developer, Systems Administrator, Siebel Systems Administrator, STAT Coordinator, Global Forecasting Manager, Manager of Business Excellence, Business Analyst - Strategy, and Director of Enterprise Information Management. In 2016, they moved to TechnipFMC as the Director of Data Management. In 2017, they joined Parsable, where they held the positions of Chief Customer Officer, Vice President of Customer Operations, VP of Solutions and Partnerships, and VP of Center of Excellence. In 2022, they began their current role as VP of Customer Success at Ostro.

Benjamin Cheng obtained an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2008, focusing on Finance and Strategic Management. Benjamin had previously obtained a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin in 1999, with a focus on Marketing.
