Gemma Bailey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial analytics and operations. Currently serving as Director at OSTTRA since November 2018, Gemma leads triResolve Margin and triCalculate, focusing on XVA calculation, initial margin analytics, and a top-tier collateral management solution. Prior to this role, Gemma worked at TriOptima as triCalculate Valuations Analytics, at Goldman Sachs as an Associate in the Credit Middle Office, and at ICAP in Operations and Client Management. Gemma holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Southampton, completed in 2010.
