Max Hardwick

Max Hardwick has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in client development, sales, project management, and interdealer broking. Max started their career in 2014 with an 8-week summer internship at ICAP, where they rotated through different Voice and Electronic Broking desks. In 2015, they joined OSTTRA as a Project Manager, and later transitioned to roles in sales and client development. In 2018, they moved to CME Group, where they worked in client development and sales until 2021. Max Hardwick currently holds the position of Director of Client Development & Sales at OSTTRA, a role they took on in April 2022.

Max Hardwick attended the University of Reading from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Investment Banking and Finance.
