Nieco Teipel

Nieco Teipel currently serves as a Senior Client Service Associate at OSTTRA, a leading provider of capital markets infrastructure and workflows. Prior to this role, Nieco was an Ambassador at the IE Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center, fostering a stronger community among IE alumni entrepreneurs. As a Research Fellow at IE Business School, Nieco conducted independent research focused on entrepreneurial innovation labs and business incubators. Additionally, Nieco held the position of Venture Network President at IE Business School, connecting startups with investors and mentors. Previous experiences include a Technology Consultant role at IBM, where Nieco advised a European Bank on sustainability reporting, and various positions at EY, Inova Health System, America's Essential Hospitals, and University Associates. Nieco has a Master of Business Administration from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio University, complemented by experiences as a Division I student-athlete in football at both the University of Louisville and Ohio University.
