Nigel Moss

Nigel Moss is a seasoned professional in the field of rewards and compensation, currently serving as the Head of Rewards at OSTTRA since December 2025. Previously, Nigel held the position of Head of Reward at Tysers from January 2021 to December 2025, following a role as Senior Reward Specialist at Merian Global Investors from April 2018 to December 2020. Nigel's career in rewards management began with a role as Reward Manager at S&W between January 2015 and April 2018, and included significant positions such as Compensation & Benefits Manager at Ninety One from August 2010 to January 2015, and HR Officer at Old Mutual Asset Managers from August 2005 to August 2010. Early experiences included serving as an HR Officer at Hill Samuel Asset Management from 1998 to 2001. Nigel possesses a CFA and holds an Investment Management Certificate, along with an HR Management Diploma from London Metropolitan University, and a degree from the University of Nottingham where studies took place from 1993 to 1996.
