Shay Rubin

Shay Rubin is an experienced software architect and lead developer with a strong background in financial derivatives and foreign currency exchange technology. Currently serving as a Senior Developer/Lead/Software Architect at OSTTRA since October 2019, Shay specializes in designing and developing client/server code platforms using Scala and Java. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Java/J2EE Developer and Team Lead at Verifone and SelectMedia, where Shay focused on designing billing systems and advanced ad serving technologies, respectively. Additionally, Shay gained significant expertise in secure projects at Elbit Systems Ltd and developed foundational skills at Praxell and AQUA SW, managing teams and overseeing major projects. Educational credentials include a BA in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
