Vikas Arya

Vikas Arya has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Vikas started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Xerox from 2009 to 2012, where they were involved in development, enhancement, and bug fixing. Vikas then worked as a Lead Consultant at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets from 2012 to 2015, where they were responsible for design development, performance improvement, and providing technical guidance to the team.

From 2015 to 2018, Vikas worked at PwC as a Senior Consultant, leading the development team, gathering requirements, and mentoring team members. Vikas joined SITA in 2018 and held multiple roles. As a Technical Lead, they were involved in application architecture designing and development, as well as mentoring team members. Vikas later became a Scrum Master, ensuring successful completion of design, development, and integration activities while following Scrum methodology.

Most recently, Vikas is serving as an Associate Director of Software Technology at OSTTRA since 2022.

Vikas Arya received their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kurukshetra University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Azure fundamentals from Microsoft and as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in September 2021.
