OT Transformative Foundation (OTT Foundation) is a Section-8 social impact organisation founded on the Sikh principle of “ਨਿਓਟਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਓਟ”—a sacred commitment to stand as a shelter for those in need.
Rooted in Punjab and led by healthcare professionals and community leaders, OTT Foundation works to create dignified, sustainable pathways out of vulnerability by integrating healthcare, education, livelihoods, and community inclusion at the grassroots.
What makes OTT Foundation distinct is our Integrated Rural Transformation Model. We do not run isolated projects, we build ecosystems of support. Preventive health camps, paediatric and women’s health initiatives, livelihood skill centres (embroidery, digital finance, wellness and care work), and school-linked education programs are designed to function together, ensuring that families do not just receive relief but gain long-term resilience.
We work closely with border villages, government schools, women’s collectives, healthcare institutions, and CSR partners to reach those who are often left out of mainstream development—rural women, children, the elderly, and families living at the margins of healthcare and economic access.
Through programs such as Together for Tiny Hearts, rural cancer and anaemia screening drives, women’s skill centres, and youth engagement initiatives, OTT Foundation bridges the gap between corporate CSR intent and last-mile community impact.
