Dan Kessler serves as the Director of Architecture at Otak since 2025 and holds the position of Principal at Element Design Works, LLC since 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Principal at Hord Coplan Macht from 2018 to 2024, and as an Architect at Shears Adkins Rockmore Architects from 2012 to 2018, Fentress Architects from 2010 to 2012, and DLR Group from 2002 to 2010. Dan also contributed to academia as a Lecturer in the College of Architecture & Planning at the University of Colorado Denver from 1996 to 2007. Earlier roles as an Architect were with RNL from 2000 to 2002 and AR7 Architects from 1996 to 2000. Dan Kessler earned a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Miami University.
