David Graff

David Graff, P.E. is a highly experienced Bridge Project Engineer at Otak since April 2017, with a strong background in structural engineering. Prior to this role, David served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder and was the Owner/President of Graff Engineering. Other notable positions include Professional Engineer at Pacific Telecommunication Services and Engineer 1 at BergerABAM. David has expertise in design calculations, structural analysis, and project management, supported by a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering and Structural Mechanics from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University. Additionally, David holds an Associate degree in Engineering from John A. Logan College.
