Jonathan Archibald, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with over 21 years of professional experience, specializing in water and natural resources. Currently serving as the Business Unit Leader at Otak since June 2025, Jonathan previously held positions including Project Director at SCS Engineers and Senior Project Manager at PACE Engineers, Inc. Jonathan's extensive background includes project management roles with the City of Oregon City, where Jonathan oversaw sewer pipeline projects and stormwater initiatives, as well as significant contributions to flood risk reduction and hydraulic modeling at Mead & Hunt. Jonathan's academic credentials include a BS in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resources from UCLA and advanced training in Cold Regions Engineering from the University of Washington. Jonathan is a licensed Professional Engineer in Oregon.
