Matt Marshall is an experienced business development leader with extensive expertise in the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Associate at Otak since June 2018, Matt is instrumental in shaping firm-wide business development strategies and enhancing client experiences. Previous roles include Interim Rocky Mountain Regional Director and Regional Business Development and Marketing Manager at Otak, where Matt strategically aligned client needs with organizational strengths. Prior to Otak, Matt held significant positions at Just be...LLC, Continuum Advisory Group, Xylem Analytics, FMI Corporation, and Tetra Tech, culminating in a rich background in strategic planning, marketing, and business development.
