Peter Wen has extensive experience in operations, logistics, and quality assurance across various industries. At Otakuthon since August 2006, Peter has held multiple roles, including Consultant for Operations, VP of Sales, and Senior Director of Logistics, contributing significantly to event management and industry relations. Peter's recent positions include Tracking Specialist at Ubisoft Montréal and Associate Lead at GlobalStep, where responsibilities encompassed training and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Previously, Peter served as Sports Lead Specialist at Presagia Sports, implementing systems for athlete management, and as a QA Specialist at LULU Software, where Peter established QA protocols and training. With a background also in technician roles at Staples Canada, Peter has developed a strong foundation in customer service and product training.
