Peter Wen has extensive experience in operations, logistics, and quality assurance across various industries. At Otakuthon since August 2006, Peter has held multiple roles, including Consultant for Operations, VP of Sales, and Senior Director of Logistics, contributing significantly to event management and industry relations. Peter's recent positions include Tracking Specialist at Ubisoft Montréal and Associate Lead at GlobalStep, where responsibilities encompassed training and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Previously, Peter served as Sports Lead Specialist at Presagia Sports, implementing systems for athlete management, and as a QA Specialist at LULU Software, where Peter established QA protocols and training. Otakuthon is Quebec’s largest fan-run festival promoting Japanese animation (anime), Japanese graphic novels (manga), related gaming and Japanese pop-culture. It is a non-profit organization that is a part of the Quebec Anime Committee. It is held annually for 3 days in Montreal during a weekend in the summer months. / Otakuthon est le plus grand festival québécois géré par des fans qui fait la promotion de l'animation Japonaise (anime), des romans graphiques Japonais (manga), des jeux connexes et de la culture pop Japonaise. C'est un organisme à but non lucratif qui fait partie du Comité Québec Anime. Il a lieu annuellement pendant 3 jours à Montréal pendant une fin de semaine durant les mois d'été.
